In mid-January 2026, Steam Building partnered with Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited Operations Team for a transformative event titled "Beyond Boundaries: Elevating Teamwork Through Technology." While many companies talk about the "Future of Work," Generali chose to immerse their team in it. Moving beyond traditional seminars, this event was a hands-on masterclass in Human-AI Collaboration.
A Day of Innovation and Energy
With over 30 participants, including senior leadership, the atmosphere at our venue was electric. The goal was clear: to strengthen team relationships while demystifying Generative AI and robotics. The result? A resounding success, with the program receiving an impressive 4.5/5 overall assessment based on direct participant feedback.
From Drones to AI-Generated Music
The day was a perfect blend of high-tech challenges and soft-skill development. Participants weren't just listening to lectures; they were actively doing:

The Afternoon Tech-Sprint: The excitement peaked with our AI-Powered Robot Challenge. Teams utilized Generative AI tools like Udio to create battle songs and design team flags before strategizing and controlling robots in high-stakes balloon battles. It was chaotic, fun, and deeply educational.

While the drones and robots provided the thrill, the core takeaway was human. The program was designed to foster a Growth Mindset and encourage AI-Human Collaboration.
