In March 2026, Steam Building had the privilege of hosting a highly successful generative AI workshop for a prominent higher education institution in Hong Kong. The session, titled "Work Smarter with Co-Pilot: Generative AI Skills for Administrative Tasks," was meticulously designed for administrative staff who already possessed a basic understanding of Microsoft Co-Pilot. The Workshop Experience

Led by Steam Building co-founder Mr. Jeffrey Yim—a seasoned technology executive and generative AI trainer with over 30 years of IT management experience—the intensive half-day training went far beyond basic AI interactions. The curriculum provided a deep dive into structured, high-level AI collaboration.  

During the workshop, participants gained hands-on experience by exploring several key modules:

• Mastering the RICOT Framework: Learning to construct highly effective prompts to ensure accurate and targeted AI responses.  

  
  

• Advanced Prompting Techniques: Utilizing Meta-Prompting (the "Prompt Expert Creator" approach), Chain-of-Thought ("Step-by-Step"), and Reverse Prompting methods to tackle complex logic and planning.  

  
  

• Building Copilot Agents: Creating simple, customized AI Agents within Co-Pilot Chat to serve as task-specific administrative assistants.  

  
  

• The 4S Visual Framework: Defining Subject, Setting, Style, and Specifications to generate precise, brand-aligned images.  

  
  

• Practical Workplace Scenarios: Drafting accurate documents from a knowledge base and generating complex Excel formulas using natural-language instructions.
